What are your Shipping Rates?
Within Canada: $16 via Canada Post, or $19 via UPS
To the USA: $14 via Canada Post, or $19 via UPS
All order over $100 we would love to ship to you for FREE!
Please note: Shipping method is chosen at Pink Moon's discretion based on the size and weight of your package. If you have a preference between Canada Post or UPS, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
How long will it take to ship my order?
I pack and ship orders as quickly as I can — usually within 2 -5 business days. Around holidays or during high-volume times, it may take a little longer (up to 5 - 10 business days).
Kindly double-check your address at checkout, as I’m not able to refund or replace items sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
How long does delivery take?
- Within Canada: 3–7 business days after shipping
- To the USA: 5–14 business days after shipping
Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on postal service delays or customs processing. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
Do you cover customs or import taxes?
Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Pink Moon can’t be held responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade offerings, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. That said, your satisfaction means the world — if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it, and I’ll be happy to help however I can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please get in touch.
I can assist with opening a claim through Canada Post or UPS on your behalf. It may also be helpful to contact your local post office directly.
Pink Moon is not responsible for shipping costs on items returned due to incorrect addresses, undeliverable parcels, or stolen packages. That said, I’ll always do my best to help your order find its way home.
