Because our offerings are small-batch, seasonal, and often handcrafted to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
