The Gratitude Circle - A Monthly Gathering

Gratitude has changed my life.

It shifted the way I see the world — from rushing past the small moments to noticing the tiny miracles woven into everyday life. The warm cup of tea in my hands, the sun rising over the prairie, laughter with the people I love, the plants growing faithfully in the garden.

The more I practice gratitude, the more beauty I seem to notice.

So once a month, I’d love to open the doors of the apothecary and gather together in that spirit.

This will be a gentle and welcoming space where we pause, breathe, and share the things we are thankful for. You’re always welcome to speak and share what’s on your heart, or simply sit quietly and soak in the warmth of the room. There is no pressure here — just a space to be human together.

After our time of sharing, we’ll settle into a soothing sound bath to help the body soften, the mind quiet, and the heart expand a little more.

The apothecary will also be open before and after the gathering, so you’re welcome to come early, browse the shelves, sip a cup of tea, or linger a little afterwards.

My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, uplifted, and reminded of the magic that gratitude can bring into our lives.

This gathering will be held once each month at the apothecary, and each time we meet will be another opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate the goodness that already surrounds us.
