Vision Keeper - Mugwort Dream Elixir

So much of my medicine and inspiration comes through Dreamtime - the visions, the whispers of stories that arrive when the world is quiet. Mugwort - Artemisia Vulgaris has been one of my closest allies in that space. She is a threshold keeper, a protector, a dream - bringer. Vision Keeper was crafted from fresh Mugwort gathered in the garden, blended with honey for sweetness of heart so that her medicine could be carrier forward strong and true. The taste is earthy, bitter sweet and powerful, like sitting with an ancestor who reminds you of your belonging. Just a few drops before sleep or mediation can soften the veil, guiding you deeper into your visions.

How to work with this Elixir: 

• Take a few drops before bed to invite vivid, symbolic dreams. 
• Use in mediation or ritual to help open the visioning space.
